Damaged luggage

<p>I have flown FlySafair before on my own acount, with minimal issues. But this is now the 2nd time that my suitcases were damaged enroute. Last night was the last straw - 1 wheel completely dislogded and gone. And when I wanted to report, I was told by a certain Muneez that we will need to fill out a report, go to the police station to validate etc etc - BULL****. I am paying to have my stuff damaged it seems!!! What are you going to do about this?????? </p>
