DAMAGED BAGGAGE! TERRIBLE

My hard-body bag is completely damaged!! I even wrapped it to protect it, which shouldn’t be necessary, and when I receive the bag back, the one wheel is broken with scratches and dents in the plastics. My bag also has dents and scratches all over! I’m very unhappy about this, I was expecting more from SafAir. Management should offer some form of compensation for this!
