Damaged bag

Poor service in handling our baggage, my bag was severely damaged, handle and wheel was out, you could see my items inside the bag, clearly the person that handled by bag was just throwing it without any care. I went to put in a claim, got a case number and told I should wait for feedback. I was on a flight from Capetown to Bloemfontein on the 17th July in the morning, flight FA840
