Damaged bag

on Monday the 8th i was travelling from Cape Town to JHB, When i got to the carousels to take my back i found the 2 wheels are broken. the security lady i asked about it told me i should come back to complaints office on Wednesday but also told me that Flysafair does not replace or repair....
