Damaged Bag

<p>I flew with this airline on Friday. The check in counter was a joke first of all, the was no one at the check in counter at all. Had to wait 20 minutes before I could check in. Upon arrival at my destination I discovered that my luggage bag was cracked on the front. It was in perfect condition when I checked it in now there is a huge crack on the front. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's a plastic luggage bag. </p>
