Damage to high quality full size hard shell bag - R250 claim paid - ***

Flysafair damaged my hardshell suitcase which is less than 2 years old, and for which I paid R 1299.00. They have now come back to me and said that they feel its worth R250. So I am without a full size large bag and insulted by Flysafair. I am highly disappointed and disgusted and my whole family will never fly safair again - we are regular travellers with safai but never again .
