Damage luggage

Good day I would like to bring to your attention that this airline doesn't give a inch how luggage is being handled and taken care of. It is a month now since I traveled with the airline and they promised to contact me within 21 days regarding damage luggage. I fail to understand how the airline doesn't take accountability for damages cause of a passengers belongings doesn't matter how big or small. We paid money for our bags and no one disrespects our possession the way this airline disrespect our belongings.

I am upset cause their complain section is pathetic.
