Damage baggage.

I wish I could give a 0-star rating. I was supposed to take my luggage bag as a carry-on, and when boarding, they took it from me to the cargo bay. When I got it back, it looked like someone had used it as a skate board/soccer ball combo. They take no responsibility for this, and I fully disagree with it.
