Cutlery ****** on FA388

I flew flight no FA388 from Joburg to East London on 1 November, on my arrival in East London, my bag was open and a cutlery worth R1800 was missing. I reported it immediately in East London, was given a form to complete. The lady who assisted me at the airport made a copy and asked me to take the original to the police station for signature. I arrived in fleet street police station and was told that it takes 30 minutes to open a case, i don't have 30 minutes to waste because of your ******* unfortunately. The lady in East London said she would call me. Uptill now, she hasn't called. To have ******* in the airline is not good. I was not the only one who had stuff taken from the bag, go and check complaints of 1Nov in East London
