Customer Service Hell

Used to love this airline - now they are arrogant and the absolute pits when it comes to customer service.

Their website has bugs, and then you call their customer service, and sit on the line for 2 hrs. Mind-blowingly useless.

Was only a matter of time before it all went to their heads...
