I salute the staff of FlySafair who were on duty on the 22nd April 2018 at King Shaka International Airport for the 17h05 flight from Durban to Johannesburg who made a horrible experience a pleasure as they went out of their way to assist us to get my 85 year old mum and 83 year old aunt comfortable.
