Customer Satisfaction Second Nature To FlySafAir

Me: Good Morning FlySaFair Staff Today mark's exactly nineteen days after writing to you, informing you of my dissatisfaction from the services rendered by you. The inconvenience it caused to my family and I. To date, i have not received feedback from any of you. Clearly judging from your actions or lack thereof, you don't regard me nor my family as one of the customers you seek to retain. Maybe my family don't fit to the target market you wish to attract for your business. But you should value every single customer regardless, cause how you treat your customers has serious implications for your business. I had assumed the matter would've been resolved promptly when civilized, it seems, i was wrong yet again. I will grant you five more days to respond, else not only will i take business elsewhere next time but i'll also make sure i tell as many people as i can what terrible service you provide as a company. Sincerely hope that will not be necessary

Regards Lulekile

FlySafair: Good day sir, We apology for the inconvenience you occurred. Unfortunately this is the 1st email we receive about your complaint. I noticed below that you did email to S------- ----, from A---, but his email to us was unfortunately not delivered/received by us. The flight for FA 104 closed at 05:10 (40min before departure). All A--- airports are now silent airports, meaning no PA announcements are being made. I can confirm that the Flight controller did pull passengers out of the queue for the flight before they closed.

You were offered 2 options: · R300 standby/passenger for standby for the next available flight, availability pending on volume. · Confirmed seats on the next flight….this is the one you selected and paid (R3180) I hope to above suffice.

Kind Regards Morne

me: Mr E------ thank you for the prompt response to my complaint.

I appreciate and value your time for responding to my email. I don't intend wasting it any further than i already have, this is my last email to you.

I don't accept your apology because its not genuine as it's diluted with dishonesty, no offence intended. I was taught that honesty is the best policy and i have carried this truth to my adulthood. Honesty seems to be second nature to you Sir. You continuously use a plural "We" referring to your management staff that it's the first time you see this complaint.

Yet subsequent to my initial email dated 18/12/2018 Mr T----- A----- who is your Operational Duty supervisor whom you have included, had sent me a request to access an attachment to an email you (Staff) claim you had not received, That's strange.

I had hoped for being reimbursed, but take it as my contribution as charitable cause.

I've already unsubscribed to your company marketing communications. I've also taken a decision never to travel using FlySafair I intend sharing my experience on social media, with family and friends including https://www.hellopeter.com/flysafair Judging from number of complaints it maybe worth requesting public protector to investigate your company Thank you

FlySafAir: Hi,

Thank you for the email below. Please note that as per your own parking ticket, attatched, you only enterd the Airport parking area at 05:10, that is exactly the time the flight is suppose to be closed. I assume you had to find parking still, and make your way to the counters. This would defenitly take a few minutes as well. Hence you being late for the flight. Regards
