Customer inconvenience

I am so disappointed at the manner at which FlySAFair has handled my situation, I forgot a small hand luggage by the security gates at Cape Town International Airport. I then informed the Flight Crew Members about this whom they promised me that the bag has been found and it will be flown out on the next available flight. When the flight landed the bag was not there. They then called me me to say the bag is at ACSA Police, my sister went there to get it and Police there say they didn’t receive the bag. So someone between FlySafair and ACSA police is not taking responsibility. I have been inconvenienced a lot as I went to Lanseria International Airport twice to fetch the bag as I received a call that the bag has been flown.
