Customer care is a joke, it is non- existent

Whatsapp or email help desk doesn't work. Questions raised goes unanswered. They have the structures in place for customer care, but they clearly don't care. If a business can't even manage their helpdesk, how will they be able to manage and maintain airoplanes?.
