Credit card difficulties

<p>A few months ago Safair *******ly billed me an amount of just over R700. After some months I managed to get it reversed. Today I attempted to book a flight and my card was rejected, I then used another card with the same result. A few minutes later I got an SMS from my bank informing that the charges had gone through both times. On contacting the bank they confirmed the charges had gone through twice something the FlySafair control centre disputed. Besides the difficulties with my credit card I have always been prfoundly impressed by the service on the carrier, but I can clearly not use them anymore if I can't use my creedit card or are too nervous to do so.</p>
