What the hell? Staff in cape town say I should pay per bag and not weight and when I decide to manage my booking online your website is a problem I call in the lady deduct the money for a extra bag which amounts to R400 and then I get told that it's per kg and I can only get a refund in the form of a voucher. To hell wit b safair and surely won't fly with your airlines again. First time I come across all this issues.
