Covid level 4 cancellations

This is the most frustrating period of our lifetime and your company is making things worse by being useless. Due to new covid restrictions on level 4, I am trying to cancel my travel for the 1st July for two people because the trip was for leisure. Your online system is giving me an error, WhatsApp is useless so is the call centre, sent an email and all I'm getting is an automated response that is equally useless because the guidance in it is useless.
