Covid cancellation refund

Sent numerous e-mails regarding a cash payout on a covid related ticked cancellation, tried to contact the call center direct, tried on WhatsApp - absolutely no success. No replies to any of my mails, no option to be assisted on all other platforms. Absolutely pathetic, especially the ZERO response to my mails directed to HELP @ flysafair - NO HELP FORSURE!!!
