Cost me R600 changing fee unnecessarily, Call centre dropped me numerous times before 7pm close off time,

On 2/11/2017 I booked 2x one way flights from PE to JHB for 30/03/2018 flight REF AYEPKU. Unfortunately made the mistake of swopping around departure and arrival destinations (booked JHB to PE instead of PE to JHB)

Immediately thereafter I contacted the call centre to affect the change, this was 6:50pm before the 7pm close off time. Spoke to a lady, and was dropped half way through explaining my issue. Phoned again at 6:53pm, and after explaining she noted that she just wanted to check the system and then left me hanging without a single word for around 5 mins until the phone was hung up at 6:59 sharp. Never received a call back.

Clearly, the person had no interest in helping and was just waiting until the 7pm cut off time to leave for the day - not a single care given for client service.

Hence I was left to pay R600 for the change online (which was 10 mins after the original booking and 5 months in advance of the flight.)

Will never fly Safair again.
