*******ion, selling of seats before departure!

The worst experience ever!! OK the 3rd I logged In to see how much it will cost me to change my flight from the 6th to depart on the 7th. It was expensive(R400) ended up not paying or confirming to change my flight. On the 6th I get to the airport to my surprise the flight is fully booked and I don't have a seat. My flight is for the 7th and I need to pay(R400) for changes. Changes that were not confirmed nor pay for prior.

So why was my seat sold without Mr paying for my changes and without me confirming the changes.

The costs I have inquire for uber rides and last minute hotel stay because of flysafair! And for the refund department to not even respond to any of my emails is pure unprofessional.
