Absolutely ridiculous. First I move my flight with no hassles. Then, you cancel it by telling me their will be NO penalties to change it to any other flight before or after the lockdown. Utter *******!!!

Now I need to pay well over R1000 for the last flight before lockdown or over R2000 for any other flight. This is absolute ******ion and convenient advertising.
