COMPLAINTS REGARDING SERVICE TREATMENT WITH SAFAIR

People Please take note of the poor service we received from Flysafair. On 13 March my mom flew from Jhb to George. Somewhere from her luggage being booked in at Jhb to her collecting it in George, items were ****** out of her suitcase. Upon querying it Flysafair referred us the the small print terms and condition of the WEBSITE, I am stilll trying to find it on their website.

The on 13 March we paid R155.00 for booked in luggage from Jhb to George, as well as R 405.00 for booked in luggage from George to Jhb, and Jhb to Dbn, being advised the trip from George to Jhb was R 155.00 and Jhb to Dbn R250.00.

On 27 March we were charged another R 250.00 for baggage from JHB to DBN.

The brilliant staff at FLYSAFAIR namely Fahiema Waryawa is too *********** to read the emails I sent her with copies of all the payments we made.

THIS WAS THE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE FOR MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER. WILL IN FUTURE BOOK HER ON OTHER AIRLINES.
