Come on Safair

Air travel out of OR Tambo been severly affected by the delay in flight desk staff in collecting fees for luggage not booked in. How is it possible so many people had ommitted to see this on e-booking? No card machines at the desk needing customers to go to seperate desk to pay and return with receipt . Further delays is huge queues at security checks . People being searched are not pulled out of the queue so the whole queue movemet is stopped!! More than 40 people missed their flights this morning as safair did not ensure their customers would make the gates in time even though they checked in the luggage . So after 9 hours of waiting in the airport for a stand by place only 13 people have got out on standby tickets today, of which 10 elderly ladies from Limpopo had slept in the floor in the airport overnight from the day before .. come on Safair we know u can improve and show us you care for your customers !!!
