Clients misled and ********** reference KRWEMT

I booked a flight departing on the 29/03 and returning 06/07. Paid for it on the 24/03. Flight something out of my control happend and the next day on the 25/03 I had to cancel the booking only receiving a voucher for half the amount. I called Safari before cancelling and was told if the cancellation is 24hours within the bookings date they would refund me in full. This is daylight *******. This is how this airline makes money off of People. They fill those planes so fast yet still rip People off. This is unacceptable I want my full refund back as promised by the staff member.
