Client Care Terrible

I made a mistake with booking my flight. In trying to fix my mistake I was charged with R300 penalty. I tried explaining my mistake to Flysafair Agent. And the best answer she could give me is that the R300 penalty is non-refundable. Not really trying to help me in any way possible. Client care is absolutely terrible. Very Disappointed
