Circus called Safair

First time impression last... this Airline leaves alot to be desired. It's a money making scheme especially after sales. I had booked a return flight to attend a funeral. I was supposed to check in by 06h30. At 06h57 I get an sms stating that the flight has been delayed to 09h25. The funeral was of a close family member. Unfortunately none of the other airlines had available flights and to top it all, the lady at the airline desk informed me that they are proudly one of the only airlines that fly in the morning... Disgusted. To change a flight or if one misses a flight they are quick to charge you... when the fault is theirs, all they can say is that they apologise for the inconvenience and too bad... their refund will happen in 7 to 21 days... this is Pathetic, they were quick to take the money, yet failed to deliver the service at the advertised time, still they have the audacity to withold your hard earned cash because they can??? I can never go dig up a grave to say goodbye and I will never use your airline as a result... These clowns still have the audacity to send me a damp voucher to use in 6 months... for what??? To miss another funeral??? NO thanks
