chubb insurance safair flight delay

I ensured my wife and my flight for delays through flysafair.chubb. Chubb does not respond to my correspondence. They were quick to refer me back to safair to get flight delay information. After I sent this to them they didn't come back to me. I've sent another reminder today. I also requested the details of the ombudsman that handles these claims. Companies with this service should not be allowed to write policies.
