Cheeeky!

I rushed to the counter to enquire if i had missed my flight (i was running late) and she told me that i was too late but that i can pay the penalty fee and go on standby. I then Said that that would not work for me because i need to be in johannesburg before then.<br> <br> I then made the mistake of asking her if the fact that i do not have any luggage to check in would make a difference in me being allowed to still board on time or not. It is here when her cheeky attitude kicked in and she explained to me again how the penalty fee and standby works, only slower &much more condescending. She proceeded in explaining to me with slow articulation the difference between arriving 45 minutes before a flight versus 22 before the flight. A simple \no sir there is no way we can accommodate you for the 5:30 flight"would have sufficed.<br> <br> I left the counter and turned around again after 5m to ask her name. She ignored me and greeted the next customers. Again"
