cheated R700 on booking 9KY9FQ

I booked a returned trip on 26 oct 2015 between JHB an DBN, I made a payment of R1109 on 26 October 2015. I received booking e-mail confirmation with wrong dates (depart 27 oct instead of 28 and return 30 instead of 02 Nov.) I called the airline contact centre to let them know of the error. they said the error did not occur on their side and i had to pay additional R700 to change both flights to right dates. <br> <br> What the use of using this company if eventual we pay the same as in Mango or Kulula or SAA.
