Cheap ticket doesn't mean cheap service

Having regularly used Flysafair for a few years, I am very satisfied. Their prices are highly competitive and often the cheapest available. The service is also not dissimilar from other low-cost carriers in South Africa. I have never had a flight delayed or any issues with check-in. The only thing this airline lacks is a loyalty program. As a frequent flyer this would be greatly appreciated.
