Charged R300 for Surname change that is pathetic and ****************

I dont mean to sound rude but I still feel it pathetic to be charged R300 for a name change. With today's technology we have autofill and sometimes you only confirm when you receive your invoice,

I will never fly with this airline ever unless they change the surname at no cost I will reconsider.
