CHANGE FLIGHT BOOKING

I booked flights on FlySafair's website last night, an hour after making the booking I noticed that the destinations for my flight were O.R Tambo (JHB) to Cape Town instead of Cape Town to O.R Tambo (JHB). Today, at mid-day, I contacted FlySafair to change the destinations and correct my error. I was completely taken back by the extra charges imposed for the change of destination, notwithstanding the fact that my mistake was clearly bona fide and that I was not requesting a refund or cancelling the tickets. At most I would have expected to pay the difference in flight fares, but I was expected to pay in addition to the extra flight fare, R300 per passenger and a R145 service fee. I ended up spending R1600 for a bona fide error, which I rectified with 24-hours. It is worth noting that my return flight with Kulula had the same error which had to be changed and this was done FREE OF CHARGE! I have no idea how this is in ANY way in line with the Consumer Protection Act, I feel ******. The prejudice I as an individual have suffered far outweighs the prejudice FlySafair could possibly have suffered, as the changes were made within 24 hours of booking and 24 days before departure.
