Careless and poor customer service.

I almost missed my flight yesterday due to the incompetence and a carelessness amongst flysafair staff. I also had to just leave my luggage behind at the airport if I wanted to get on the plane on time because of it and now nobody in customer service will help me. A staff member went as far as admitting their fault but couldn’t help me further?
