CARE-LESS AIRLINE/ REFUND FA571 due to missed fight C6E3JE

I missed my flight from Zanzibar due their confusing notifications on the boarding pass, sent 2 emails to Kirby as per their end of flight instructions and needless to say NO RESPONSE. I had to pay USD171, after their useless helpdesk with couldn't help, I want my refund.
