Can't get hold of customer care!

I made a booking and I selected my return flight as the 20th, I double checked and triple checked. However when I got my confirmation it shows the 27th. I have tried calling the customer care number but it doesn't go through. I decided to chat on whatsapp, after a while I got connected to lesedi. The agent hasn't responded at all and it's been more than 30mins already
