cannot book birthday deal as website has crashed

I have tried repeatedly through the course of the day to get onto your website to book your birthday ticket deal, but your website has crashed and is still down!, I then called your call centre and held on for a very long time untill a booking agent answered, only then to tell me she cannot take my booking it must be done through the website, even after I told her that the site has crashed and I cannot access it.. I find this to be rediculous, as this basically boils down to false advertising as you market this deal but nobody can book this as your site is down? I would like to book this deal and would like to be assisted with this..<br> <br> Please get back to me..
