Cannot book

I have been trying all morning to book flights for two persons, and even with the R1 special, finally when I managed to get to the page where I need to make the payment, they tell me the amount is R 1900 and not R 1 per ticket. Now when I want to try again I cannot even get on the page, now I have lost the opportunity to take my wife for a holiday, I expect someone to phone me immediately so they can assist me in making a booking and only charging me R 1 per ticket before all tickets are sold out.
