CANNOT ASSIST PREGNANT MOTHER

I'm leaving on a flight from Cape Town on the 4th of Aug to JHB landing 07h35, next flight on same day leave 08h05 in the morning. All I need to do is to pick up my son and then I board immediately. I won't have luggage anything, I'm 5 months pregnant and all I wanted the useless staff to do is to assist me to ensure that my son and I board the 08h05 flight. <br> <br> They are not willing to take him to the boarding gate for me, not willing to make a special note on the system that I am on a incoming flight. Obviously I won't expect them to delay the damn flight for me but a little help here would be appreciated. I they can help people in a wheel chair why not a pregnant mother collecting her son!!!<br> <br> This is my first time booking with Safair and I will never recommend anyone to use them. The staff is useless and so is the call centre management!!!
