CANCELS TRIP AND REFUSE TO RE-ISSUE TRIP OR REFUND

I booked flights for 3 people JHB to Cape Town for traveldates 13-20 Oct on a sale that took place about 2 weeks ago. Last week I got a notification that my flights were cancelled and I received a voucher after R1800 was taken off. The cancellation was not processed by me. Feedback I get? I cancelled it so it can't be re-issued. Are you absolutely kidding me? I don't want this trip cancelled. But seeing that you cannot cancel the cancellation, I want the FULL AMOUNT refunded, or you re-book my exact trip.
