Cancelled flights and poor resolution

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about assistance with an issue I have encountered with FlySafair. On May 4th, 2022, I was able to purchase four tickets during a R5 sale for flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town. However, on the same day, the flights were subsequently cancelled by the airline due to an unspecified load issue. I subsequently received vouchers for the flights, which had a validity of one year.

I attempted to use these vouchers today, January 28th, 2023, and received an error message indicating that they had already been used. Upon contacting FlySafair, I was informed that they had been used on the original booking, which I find perplexing. After further discussion, the airline offered me vouchers with a value of ZAR 216.4, which does not equate to the value of the four flights I had initially booked.

My request is that my flights be reinstated, as I had fully booked four flights and they were cancelled by the airline without providing vouchers of equivalent value. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. The matter has been escalated by Kgomotso
