Cancelled flight - no refund???

I had a flight booked for 23 July from PE to JNB.<br> <br> Boarding was supposed to happen at 8pm, but we were advised of an hour delay.<br> <br> By 22h30, the Flysafair staff came out and advised that the flight had been cancelled.<br> <br> This not only had financial implications for myself and all other passengers on the flights, but there was a massive personal inconvenience.<br> <br> I was advised that the refund would be processed within 14 days, it has now been 21 days and still waiting. When I called in to ask about when the refund would be processed I was advised that it would take a further 14 - 21 days.<br> <br> <br> <br>
