Cancellation of the ticket

I needed a ticket urgently to a funeral and by error I think I booked two tickets different airlines. I phoned in FlySA immediately to cancel, the refused to cancel. I had four tickets and they just insisted we have a policy we have a policy. I cannot use the ticket I did dispute through the bank they return the amount flysafair keeps debiting me. I need this amount refunded this was minutes after booking. This has been going on since July 2015. <br>
