Can you get back to your customers?

I was not able to catch my flight due to hospitalization. I wrote to help@flysafair thrice and did not receive any response. It is two weeks later and no one has contacted me. Flight reference - FBIMLB.

This is the most disappointing attitude and I am shocked by it. It makes me want to not fly Safair again.
