Can customer service contact me !!!

How ridiculous is this customer service ! I was an hour before my flight and they refused for me to board the plane despite having all my papers ,being on time and still checked in online. The lady at the counter said "I don't think they will let you in " I have to be on the reserved lost which mean I must be at the airport everyday to get a flight ,what bull**** is that.
