Call center behavior

The worst airline in the world they sold our seats and closed the doors early on us when we inquired they all say the same robotic thing please buy another ticket from our ticket counter me my family and my company will never ever fly safair again the manager threatened to kick my brother of the flight saying he looks drunk that is why his rasing his voice is terrible behavior coming from a senior member of the staff hope this never happens to anyone.
