I tried to Manage my booking via the e-ticket I received on my mails. Upon putting my Confirmation number and surname into the required fields, I then clicked "Continue". The website was loading for around 1 minute, then suddenly I received a notification that my booking had been successfully cancelled. I immediately phoned Flysafairs customer service and told them what had happened. They then advised me that there was NOTHING they could do as on their side the flight was cancelled. And yes, I know how to operate their website so no, I did not press cancel. Once I received my voucher which was way less than what I paid due to their cancellation fee, I then tried to rebook my flights. and when I inserted the voucher number and password into the payment option, the website then told me that my voucher had already been used. This proves that the website is faulty. Note I will go to all the lengths possible to stop this absolute ***** from happening.
