Bunch of *******. I had stuff stollen from my luggage and when I went to their counter I was told to go to the town of origin’s baggage reclaim, when I got there I was told to call customer care to which after being on the phone for 12 minutes I was told they can’t help me since 24 hours had lapsed and should have never been given the number to call in the first place.
