Bumped off to our detriment with unacceptable excuse.

We booked a flight from George to OR Tambo, months in advance, ,as we often do. On 23 September 25 we received notification that out flight time had been delayed, by 90 minutes, for operational reasons. This means we miss our connecting flight and have to spend a night in Johannesburg at our cost. We do not agree with the reasons given and find the situation unacceptable. A better explanation is that our original flight is over booked and we have been bumped off, to our detriment. Safair now moves from our airline of choice to our last resort airline. Unacceptable!
