Broken new bag

The worst experience ever I traveled today 22/12/2020 paid extra for my luggage of R250 when I received my luggage in Johannesburg my bag was broken in 4 pieces only have 2 wheels left you can see they don't care about their clients luggage it was just thrown somewhere. I will never travel with them again
