Broken luggage

<p>I flew to Capetown in June 2016 and on the return trip the 29 June 2016 they broke my suitcase which they replaced with a inferior quality one .Again on the 16 nov 2016 I flew to Capetown and they damaged this inferior suitcase so it was not useable on the return trip and I had to buy a new one for the return trip.i filled in the claim form and have phoned them on numerous occasions and get pushed from pillar to post and promised return calls which don't happen.it looks like I will have to take them to the small claims court</p> <p>ity</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
